My condo is at the top of Calle Aguacate in Colonia Alta Vista with views of the jungle, the city and Bandaras Bay. It is a safe & secure location with fantastic views very near to Zona Romantica and the beaches.
No Stairs to Navigate
The private entrance to my condo is on the west side of the building. There are only 2 steps from the outside to enter the unit. No stairs. There is never a problem parking your car outside the entrance. The only time you may need to use the interior stairs is to access the rooftop pool.
Maintenance
The building has been very well maintained with no issues to report.
